About Us

When Julia was a young child, she had a Near Death Experience as the result of a serious accident. She made a full recovery and thought she had moved past the experience. Years later, however, as an adult interested in astrology, she struggled to reconcile the differences in her natal horoscope with her actual personality. Other professional astrologers could not account for the differences either. Then Julia remembered the NDE, and that she'd always thought of herself as "different" afterwards. Her breakthrough came when she realized that her natal horoscope did fit the personality of the child she had been before the accident.

Excited over the new clue, we looked into her past; Julia knew the date, time, and place of her accident. We were shocked when we discovered that the "natal" horoscope of her return from the NDE was a perfect fit for her personality. Our discovery has led us down an unexpected path in pursuit of more information on this unfamiliar and fascinating aspect of the NDE.

We are professional astrologers with over 50 years of combined experience. We spend our time between Alaska, Hawaii, and Utah – we enjoy the contrast of environmental extremes. We are currently making plans to spend some time on the road this Fall 2005, pursuing the Near Death, New Birth project.

Our theory is generating a great deal of interest from colleagues, research groups, and others, and we are receiving many invitations to give presentations and to participate in discussions and additional research. We are also finalizing a book on the subject.

Our Goal

Our goal is to reach out to the growing number of people who have survived a Near Death Experience, and who struggle with mysterious and overwhelming changes in their lives as a result of that experience. We know what it's like, and we have great sympathy for the struggles of other NDE survivors. We believe our discovery may help these people – and their families – to better understand what has happened to them, and to integrate it into their second-chance lives.
